Terms and Conditions

1. Seller. The online shop woodive.store is operated by Proforti sp. z o.o., ul. Wawrzyńca Engeströma 10, 60-571 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0000836835, VAT ID PL7831814973 (“we”). Contact: info@woodive.store. Full details: Legal notice.

2. Scope. These terms apply to purchases by consumers and businesses in our online shop. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

3. Products. We sell solid wood furniture and accessories of the Woodive and Table4U brands. Wood is a natural material: differences in grain, colour and knots between the product photos and the delivered piece are characteristic of the material and do not constitute a defect.

4. Conclusion of contract. The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking “Pay now” (or an equivalent button) you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of the order by e-mail; the contract is concluded with this order confirmation. The contract language is the language of the shop version you use; we store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms by e-mail.

5. Prices and payment. All prices are in euros and include VAT of the country of delivery; shipping costs are shown separately before you place the order (see Shipping). The payment methods available are shown in the checkout. For bank transfer, we ship after receipt of payment. Payment services are provided by Shopify International Ltd. (Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland – Shopify Payments: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). If you choose bank transfer, please pay within 14 days of placing the order; we may cancel an order for which no payment has been received within this period – we will inform you of this by e-mail. You will receive the invoice by e-mail; by accepting these terms you agree to receiving invoices electronically – on request we will send you a paper invoice.

6. Delivery. Delivery countries, costs and delivery times – including pre-order items with a planned shipping date – are described in the Shipping information, which forms part of these terms. If a product is not available through no fault of ours, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment immediately.

7. Right of withdrawal. Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 30 days; details and the model form: Right of withdrawal. You can also use the withdrawal form on our website (link “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page).

8. Retention of title. The goods remain our property until full payment.

9. Statutory warranty. You have the statutory rights in case of defects (legal guarantee of conformity): in particular repair or replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. Please report defects to info@woodive.store, ideally with photos. Transport damage does not have to be reported upon delivery in order to keep your statutory rights; reporting it promptly helps us settle the claim with the carrier.

10. Complaints. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

11. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. These limitations do not affect your statutory warranty rights.

12. Reviews. How we collect, verify and publish reviews is described in “How we verify reviews” and in the Privacy policy. If you believe that a review or other content on our website is illegal, please report it to this address, stating exactly where the content is and why; we will confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, inform you of our decision with reasons, and you may ask us to review it.

13. Dispute resolution. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction. Polish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence or in Poland. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Poznań.

15. Changes to these terms. We may amend these terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in the law or in our services). We will publish the new version on this page and inform customers with an account by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect. Orders placed before the change are governed by the version valid at the time of the order.

How we verify reviews. We invite only customers who have received an order from woodive.store to leave a review; reviews marked “Verified purchase” are linked to a real order. We publish Woodive reviews regardless of their rating and do not pay or reward anyone for reviews. Reviews from table4u.pl and table4u.cz are shown as published in those shops. We remove a review only if it contains other people’s personal data, illegal or offensive content, spam, or is not about our shop or product; the reason is recorded. Reviews written in another language are translated automatically (marked “Translated”, original available). Reviews marked “table4u.pl” or “table4u.cz” come from customers of the Polish and Czech shops table4u.pl and table4u.cz (operated by GAPI sp. z o.o.) who bought the same piece of furniture; they appear in the same list as Woodive reviews, marked with their origin, and are included in the average rating shown with the product, but not in the rating we provide to search engines. Average ratings always state the number of reviews and the period.
